craft

In the CRAFT category I offer artist development, brainstorming and practical tools to help you get to the next level in growing your platform, brand or ministry. - cr

Like with my BRAND work, most of my CRAFT clients are already engaged in at least one aspect of creativity, business or ministry, but realize there is room to grow in their craft, and/or want to expand into new areas to diversify their brand or ministry offerings.

For these clients, I offer coaching, consulting and/or work product in areas I have personal experience in, including public speaking, creative writing, publishing, graphic design, nonprofit leadership, ministry development, curriculum development, event design/flow, program and/or show development, songwriting, and performance art.

Sessions are designed to offer practical tools, next steps, and real-time feedback to help you strengthen and diversify your craft in a SAFE, ENCOURAGING and highly PERSONALIZED way.

Clients include The Hammitts Band Together, Women of Faith, and usBEANS

services include…

  • PERFORMANCE COACHING - Refine what and how you communicate onstage to operate in your gifting’s sweet spot, reduce performance anxiety, and increase impact.

  • MINISTRY DEVELOPMENT - Bring the blur of your passions and dreams into focus so you have clarity on where to invest your time and talent for quicker forward movement. This may also involve making decisions about things to step back from so you can focus on what will produce the most fruit.

  • BRAND DIVERSIFICATION - Brainstorm and/or get new ideas for how to repurpose what you’re already doing into brand extensions (books, podcast, events, etc.) that increase your reach and/or revenue. This may include creating new hybrids of different streams of what you do (which can be fun!).

  • INSTA STRATEGY - Learn how to approach this medium with beauty, intention and wisdom. This work can include design, REELS ideas and practical posting tools and tips.

  • MEDIA COACHING - Reduce anxiety and increase connection with your desired audience by preparing for interviews, podcasts, etc. in a thoughtful and strategic manner.

  • SHOW DEVELOPMENT - Brainstorm and/or refine your ideas for audio and video programming to reach the audience you’re going for in an elevated way.

  • EVENT DESIGN - Create an immersive and engaging experience for your next event that makes full use of visual, audio and interactive elements to shift programming from “stop and start” to an inspiring, cohesive flow that leaves attendees wanting more.

process & pricing:

We’ll start with a FREE DISCOVERY CALL (30 min.), during which we can both determine whether I may be a fit for you/your needs. If so, I normally recommend an initial Artist Development Session of 90-minutes so you can ‘brain dump’ all that you’re dreaming about and we can see what rises to the surface as a starting point. From there, we can either go session-by-session or you can buy a package to save a little $. Package hours can be used in any combination of BRAND, CRAFT or CORE work.

If you choose to work with me after our initial session, my rates follow this pricing structure:

  • $198/hour ala carte

  • $175/hour for 10+ hours on the same project - ORG.

  • $150/hour for 10+ hours on the same project - INDV. or MIN.

NOTE: For church or nonprofit projects, such as helping design or template a Bible study, create/design an event for your church or organization, or other projects, let’s talk about what you need in a free DISCOVERY CALL, and we can talk through package pricing options following that conversation. It is also an option to partner with another church or ministry organization in bringing me in, particularly if you are planning an event, to help spread the cost and promote collaboration.

FAQs

  • My primary sweet-spot is working with speakers, writers, artists, communicators and other creatives who need help clarifying their message, strengthening how they convey it, or diversifying their brand portfolio by repurposing or expanding upon the content they are creating.

My secondary fave is ministries and nonprofits who want to up-level how they connect with those they serve, whether through communication tools, visuals or event design and flow. (Has some overlap with my BRAND category.)

  • As with my BRAND clients, following our Discovery Call, if you choose to work with me I typically like to start with a 90-min. Artist/Brand Development session. This can be in person or via Zoom if you are not local. My goal in this session is to understand you, your unique voice/purpose/mission and the area(s) that you need help in. From there I will make recommendations about specific practical next steps, some of which I can do with and/or for you.

  • This is 100% variable depending on what we decide to work on together. Following our initial Artist/Brand Development session I will make some recommendations so you can consider the scope of time and investment and determine what you have capacity for. NOTE: Since some of my CRAFT work overlaps with my BRAND work, be sure to check out the Q&A on that page as well.

  • I am a proponent of complete event cohesion, from invitations to online presence to visuals and flow of the actual live experience, all in harmony with the overall brand personality. I can do as much or as little as you have need for.

  • It’s only a win if we’re both feeling our work together is productive. Because of this, I don’t require minimum commitments on BRAND or CRAFT projects. I’m good if you want to just take a session at a time to figure out how far you want to go before locking in on a particular project. From there we can take things project by project. We can also just do a one-time brainstorm if that helps get the ball rolling for you.
